Welcome to the Carlton Academy

Home Page

Dear Parents

I would like to warmly welcome you to The Carlton Academy’s website.

The Carlton Academy opened as an academy on 1 September 2011, sponsored by Redhill Academy Trust.  As principal of the Redhill Academy for the past ten years I strongly believe that successful schools have four key characteristics;

  • High expectations of all students
  • Valuing and celebrating academic achievement
  • Consistently good and focused teaching
  • Widening students’ experiences through a range of extracurricular activities including sports, music and the performing arts.
